We had alot of our family here for Thomas' christening. It was so nice to see everyone and have everyone together in one place again like for our wedding. Here are some photos of the little guy's special day.
We decided that Junior Koons wanted to do more than just stand up all the time. So we borrowed Kaitlyn's walker for a while to see what he could do . Holy! He toook off like a bat outta hell in the walker! And forward! He giggles and runs like a mad man around the house after Bandit!
After much waiting and procrastination, Sheila finally decided that Thomas needed a haircut DESPERATELY. What four month old needs a haircut super badly? Meet Thomas, the lost member of the Beatles.
We went out on the Blue Moon for the first time with Thomas on Friday and he really enjoyed it. Grandma came out too! Here are some pics of him in his new life jacket...which he wasnt very happy to have on. The next few pics are from Sunday when we went back out on the boat and tried him with a slightly larger life jacket. He seemed to like this one better...
....and it looks like carrots won! Thomas loved his first taste of smushed carrots yesterday. He had smushed bananas today and he was not as big a fan (just like his Mommy). But I think its because they were a little tangy-ier than the carrots. One thing is for sure...this boy loves shoving his fist in his mouth after he takes a biteful and rubbing it all over his face! What a mess! Anyone have any secrets how to get the reddish color out of his bibs?
Sheila took Grandma and Thomas to Sandy Point Beach near Annapolis on Thursday. Tommy loved the sun even though we kept him under an umbrella and a blanket so he wouldnt catch any rays. After the beach we stopped in Annapolis for lunch at Pusser's Landing and picked up a few things for our impending boat trip on Friday. What a nice day!
